1952 Spartan Spartanette Tandem! One of the most desirable Spartan floor plans! This trailer y’all!!!!!! Oooooooo! Eeeeee!!!!! Whew! She is so pretty! STUNNING!!!!Turns every head she passes by! What a survivor! FOR SALE! The interior is 97 percent original birch straight from the Spartan factory. Beautiful golden brown shellac color tone! The shellac does have a bit of a golden tone to it, but in my opinion the lighting in these pics make the shellac way more yellow/gold than it appears in reality. All I can say is that the interior glows in a beautiful way!!!! Original vinyl J lounge, and headboard! Back to the birch… Beautiful!!! Super dry! Super clean! Original kitchen counter tops are in incredible shape! Period correct stove and fridge work great! Exterior aluminum skins are in great shape! Shiny aluminum skins sparkle in the sun! Beautiful automotive paint highlights! The pics misrepresent the color to be more of a standard green. It’s much more of a subtle but classy Grey/green/blue color. She tows excellent! New tires/packed bearings. 28ft box 5800lbs. Solid frame and solid subfloor. Epoxy primer and five blue auto paint in shower stall looks great! The bathroom is gorgeous! The Bathroom vanity area is incredible! plumbing works as it should! , water heater is fairly modern and works. lights/outlets/ and switches work! , original hood vent exhaust fan works, original shower exhaust fan works. Original heater works! Even the little original nightlight works! Current flooring is new high grade commercial carpet. If you are interested but don’t want carpet I can definitely work into our deal installation of flooring of your choice. Marmoleum would look great! I personally love the carpet, it makes it feel warm and cozy!!!!!
