1954 Monterey

1950 Monterey. Partially restored, needs finishing. No floor covering, sub-floor is in good shape and is solid. The interior panels that had water damage were replaced as well as the framing. They are done in matching oak plywood but are unfinished. Roof was resealed. There are no holding tanks, and no batteries. It is not currently registered. The trailer has a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, a stove, and a sink. Electrical and plumbing and heater are in working order. Tires will need to be replaced to transport.
