1950 Silver Streak Clipper For Sale

This is a show stopper. My Alien themed, alien eyed trailer, needs a new home. She carries VIN number 2215, is 22' long, tows like a dream. Several years ago, she was restored to what you see today. Her steel tubing frame is solid, new plywood flooring, and repairs done as need, during her restoration.

The exterior: it has silver vinyl covers for the tires, they look new, but are out of date, has a spare, awning is stowed in its storage compartment, 2” ball hitch with jack wheel, Plexiglas windows have yellowed, but don't leak, antenna mount on front, some rivets have been replaced with screws, seams are all sealed-no leaks, the aluminum is clean, and relativity free from dents and scratches. It is in wonderful original condition, it could be polished to a mirror finish.

The entry door has a built in screen, all screens are vintage, the door rubber gasket is soft and pliable. Walking in you overwhelmed by the swirled brushed aluminum finish on the ceiling and surrounding areas, the light quality maple cabinetry work, cork board with Alien related clippings, black granite counter-tops, queen bed and seating area.

There are ample cabinets and a hanging cloths closet, new queen mattress, under bed storage area, wall mount TV in bedroom, pull close custom drapes wrap all the windows, built in magazine racks, A/C and D/C lighting, 2 roof top vents, Marnolium flooring with custom Alien circle inlay design, and a custom table and chair set in front.

It has a spacie looking Sanyo micro wave, new refrigerator with stainless steel front, built in blender (that stopped working) but looks cool, and stainless sink. Its powered by a Die Hard 1150 portable power unit that plugs into the system in the closet under the microwave, you can also plug her into 110V shore power, has a hidden A/C combo heater unit with remote control. The sink is direct drain. There are no holding tanks, and no bathroom, it is how they built trailers in 1950's.

We are selling because, we don't do vintage much anymore, and frankly I miss a personal bathroom. Our camper of choice now is a Class C motor-home. It is located in Albuquerque, NM and has a NM free and clear title. Thanks for looking, call or message me with questions. Thanks Karen Campbell 505-620-5276
