1958 Boles Aero El Dorado 28'

Has been completely gutted, and ready to be remodeled.
All brand new double pane, large windows have been installed with framing, as well as a vintage wooden door. Has 2 doors, one large that was installed, and a smaller one that is the original one.

Tires in ok shape, has been sitting stationary for the last 3 years. She is tow-able, and lightweight, with a spare tire.
I coated the roof with 3 coats of elastomeric 3 years ago. Water leaks on the inside from the roof vents that haven't been taped or coated.
The black stuff on the inside on the sides and roof is not mold! It is sticky stuff left over from me taking off the old insulation.
Needs pretty much everything as far as a remodel goes. Unfortunately, I haven't had the time, money, or people to help me with the project, and I would love to see someone turn her into the Golden Rose that she deserves to be!
