1946 Spartan Manor – Custom Entertainers Dream! Mobile Business or Personal Use

This 1946 Spartan Manor is an entertainer's dream!! Custom renovated from the frame up, to be used in variety of applications. This Spartan would be ideal as an Event Trailer, a Mobile Business, a Poolside Bar/Guest Accommodation, and of course a Self-Contained Travel Trailer.

There is a large L-shaped sectional when you enter the front door of the trailer. This can accommodate at least 5 people, although we found that it accommodates many more. Great for hanging out and enjoying your company, or a place for the Wedding Party or VIPs to escape to, and makes an awesome Photo Booth area with it's own entrance if used for events. With the back cushions removed, two people sleep comfortably on this sofa. The Dinette is an intimate area to dine or work at, and also converts to a twin sized bed. There is a large pantry to the rear of the dinette for storage, with four deep pull out shelves. The kitchen countertop is very big with plenty of space for serving and or cooking with your portable induction cooktop. There are two taps plumbed to the Kegorator, allowing 2 different drink options and there is a large 12 volt marine double drawer fridge that can accommodate a large amount of food or beverages with plenty of height in each drawer for full Champagne bottles. Deep Stainless Bar sink, Faucet and Commercial Glass Rinser Finish off the Kitchen appliances. There is plenty of drawer storage and upper kitchen storage. Large serving window opens easily on actuators. There is a door that exits on the drivers side just to the rear of the kitchen which allows easy access to the outside. Rear bathroom is gloriously roomy. Tons of countertop and drawer storage. This area is a great place to store additional beverages, food staging, or just your personal toiletries. There is a stainless steel sink, toilet and stainless shower with a teak insert mat. The vent in the shower provides addition lighting. There are 2 Maxx Fans in the trailer for ventilation and A/C unit and furnace that run on thermostat for climate control.

It's not often Flyte Camp gets to build a trailer on spec. This trailer was found as a gutted shell, so we had creative freedom and built the trailer that I felt was missing in my life and know there is someone else who feels the same way!
