1946 Spartan Manor- updated

Updated roughly 10 years ago. Spare tire hidden under trailer frame. Chassis lifted to gain clearance; power tongue jack. Custom floor plan sleeps 4. Welded custom aluminum shower pan and all aluminum wet bath.
Pex piping, ac and dc power, gas range been used 3xs. Airconditioned- no heat. alcove ready for refrigerator. Black, gray and fresh water tanks. I have misc parts including 4 window screens.
Upholstery could use a refresh and there is evedence of a small leak- typical of vintage trailers. Its not perfect and the price reflects such. Its ready to roll. Additional photos / video available. I have a title and fresh Texas registration.
