1948 Spartan Manor Travel Trailer

Unfortunately, I must sell my beautifully restored 25’ 1948 Spartan Manor Travel Trailer ready for the next Vintage trailer rally!! This rare model has a complete bathroom including toilet, shower, sink and vanity area in the rear of the trailer. Living area has 2 closets with ample storage. Kitchen includes “new” vintage refrigerator & microwave, original sink, stove/cooktop and plenty of kitchen counter area in the galley style kitchen. Rear bedroom has a new custom double mattress, mirrored built-ins and more closet storage! Here’s some of the restoration list:

• New tires (wheel bearings cleaned and repacked)
• All lighting rewired with 12 volt
• Water lines replumbed with “Pex” tubing
• New electric hot water heater
• All drains (kitchen, bathroom sink/shower/toilet) replumbed with ABS
• New RV porcelain toilet (NO holding tanks)
• New linoleum floor covering
• New electric (only) refrigerator
• Custom made memory foam double mattress
• Three (3) front windows replaced including new rubber
• Interior birch paneling replaced or refinished & insulated
• Both entry doors are re-keyed
• Polished exterior
• 2 new screen entry doors
• 3700 lbs – Body 23’8” – Overall 26’3”

Easy to tow with 1/2 ton pickup or any V8 auto. We have camped up and down the West Coast over the years and always get a "thumbs up" on the road!
