1948 Vintage Alma Moon

This is a 1948 16 foot trailer, canned ham trailer up for sale! Our family has used this trailer for over 4 years . Our family of 5 needs something a bit bigger. Up for sale a vintage -GEM, real wood, real vintage feel ! We have put a lot of thought and care to make it feel like a home away from home. We tried to re-store her and keep the vintage feel while renovating her. We saved this trailer from Payson and began our restoration project which lasted 2 years (total about 7 years that we've owned her). She is so fun to go camping in with the kids, will be a great addition to your family !

Inside:

She has, new windows, new screen door, restored lights, new electric, new -vintage gas stove, refurbished wood, newly installed Dawoo Fridge, new built in table, new upholstered dinner seats, new sink and counter top, new curtains, new tanks, new fan, new leaf-springs and tires. We have paper work if needed. The pink Dixie Stove is not original but was added later. Bed sleeps 2 adults of average height and booth coverts into a bed for 2 smaller kids (or 1 adult).

Outside:

New Drop down backdoor. Paint job is a few years old, but still needs lots of TLC on the exterior. She is over 70 years old and needs a home that will take good care of her. She has some cosmetic issues on the exterior please send email if you would like photos. Specifically maybe a new paint job and some detailing on the body. She doesn't need it to go camping but could use it. We don't take her very far from Phoenix, typically we go camping within a 2 hour drive and try not to take her too remotely. We have been to: Payson, Flagstaff, Prescott, Williams, and Knoll Lake (we use her in the summer to escape the heat, about 4-5 camping trips a year).

Preferably the best person to buy this Alma Moon is:
Someone who wouldn't mind completing the restoration project on the exterior.
Someone who wants to retire her and make it as a nice addition to their land for guests ( or add to your air-b-and b)
Someone who uses her lightly, (she is a vintage GEM)
