1950 Spartan Royal Mansion

33’ long; new front windows; gutted; wire brushed the frame; Eastwood rust conditioner applied, primed, and painted with exterior grade oil based paint; floor replaced; Regulators included for both rollup/down rear windows; some original Birch interior; various lights, etc removed during gutting stage; i have the original awning J-rail and Spartan curtain rod; original front overhead cabinet [must be re-veneered] plus a fiberglass copy made from this cabinet; RV Tech inspected underneath: no apparent issues other than needs tires. We bought this in 2020; used it as a ‘storage shed’ while restoring our 1946 Spartan Manor which is done; so we no longer need this trailer. Have the Title, but I never registered it; once parked in 2020, it never moved. Comes with some original and after market parts [lights, switches, plugs, etc]; can include an English Wheel, shrinker/stretcher, buck riveting tools/supplies, metal shear, and aluminum panels fro Manor restoration.
