Second Owner, 21+ Years in Private Collection - Highly Original Survivor

This is not a flip or a polished trailer park queen. This is a true survivor 1950 Spartanette Tandem 30' that has been part of my private collection for over 21 years. I am the second owner, acquired directly from the original family out of eastern Tennessee. Clear Florida Title in hand.

When I found it, it was all-original and just needed deep cleaning and minor repairs. I have kept it as original as possible. 98% of the interior birch is original and unrestored. Located in Northwest Florida, Panama City area. Viewing by appointment.

All-original wood that has never been painted over. Original finish still on interior window frames, light fixtures, etc. Original window hardware works. Original flooring color/pattern matched tile.

98% original birch interior, unrestored
Original window frames with original paint, original hardware all working
Original Bargman H-20 door handles, working
Original screen doors, original brass mechanical doorbell - working
Original Dixie stove - working, grates re-porcelained
Original Frigidaire 9 cu ft (larger factory upgrade) - working, larger full-width freezer with top ice tray shelf
All original plumbing fixtures, original stove/shower exhaust fan and ductwork working
Original roof vents (one removed for center roof AC install, removed vent included)
Vintage style curtains throughout
Period correct sleeper sofa, period correct folding dining table with metal folding chairs, period correct vanity chair with original green vinyl
Replica main door backs in green vinyl

Window screens replaced from original steel screen to aluminum screen several years ago

RARE & Uncommon Factory Options:
This rig was special ordered from the factory with options that are very uncommon and some have never been seen on another Spartanette or Spartan:
• Brass mechanical doorbell
• 9 cu ft Frigidaire upgrade
• Floor-to-ceiling canned food pantry dividing living room and kitchen (Never seen in another Spartan/ette)
• Kitchen curved corner appliance garage (Never seen in another Spartan/ette)
• All white enamel kitchen sink with integrated white enamel drainboard to right of sink
• All white wet bath - white enameled shower pan AND ceiling panel, walls are aluminum painted white from factory (Never seen in another Spartan/ette)
• Rear bedroom side double bed with full sit-down corner vanity with makeup storage and mirror
• Rear factory independent arrow-shaped turn signals (Only found on a very few other Spartan/ettes)

Known Issues - Please Read:
Tires are older - should be replaced depending on distance to tow
Trailer brakes were recently, partially inoperable and have been disconnected - I planned to replace axles and never ordered them.
Rear Marvel window seal leaked and damaged rear panel behind head of bed. Leak has been temporarily sealed. This window style is known to rust out over time. An original replacement glass frame has been sourced and IS INCLUDED
Few interior drawers need very minor repairs and/or adjustment
Bathroom walls could use repaint and reseal - I stopped using the wet bath shower years ago as I just found using the bathhouse at RV parks was more convenient to use.
Toilet replaced with newer RV style
