Kenskill trailers were originally manufactured in Burbank California and later on in Sun Valley California from 1946 through the late 60's into the early 70's. By 1959 the company boasted to having produced 15,000 trailers. They also started one of the biggest trailer clubs with 200 members with 90% being Kenskill owners. They were considered one of the best built trailers of that era.

When we purchased this trailer in California, it had been in Alaska. There was a lot of rotted wood, so we gutted it and rebuilt it. ( We have photos of the whole process.) The metal structure was in great shape as were the cabinets and seats. As we thought we would do some traveling with it, we decided to add the solar system, an electric toilet and holding system, a hot water heater, a new refrigerator and stove. We painted it with two coats of primer. Then we moved to Kansas and took it with us. The only thing not finished was hooking up all the wires. We just completed that. We no longer want to travel in the US, so it is now for sale. It has been under cover the whole time in Kansas.
