*Product Description*

**Exterior**
**Condition:** The exterior is very original and in great condition, with riveted construction for long-lasting durability. Made from aircraft-grade aluminum, it can be polished to a mirror-like shine.
-**Frame & A-frame:** Some surface rust is present with minor pitting on the A-frame, while the rest of the frame has surface rust but is overall solid and in very good condition in all accessible areas.
**Dents & Scratches:** There is no major damage on the exterior, with only minor holes, dents, or dings.
**Entry Doors:** Original aluminum entry doors are in good condition and feature the original Bargman L-66 locks, which are still functional (no keys). The original seals should be replaced.
**Screen Doors:** Both front and rear screen doors are present, and the slide-out steps are in good condition with minor surface rust.
**Front Hoist:** Present but frozen and needs replacement.
**Hitch Coupler:** Original cast iron coupler is still in working condition.
**Roof & Vents:** The roof is in good condition, with some tar around a couple of vents and spots where awnings used to be. All original vents are intact and in good shape.
**Exterior Lights:** The trailer has the original beehive-style marker lights with glass lenses in good condition. The original tail lights are in fair condition, but new stainless steel replacements are available through our parts store. The original license plate light and bracket are present.
**Underbelly:** The original aluminum underbelly is mostly intact, with a few small holes but in overall good shape.
**Windows, Glass, & Seals:** Most of the original windows are present, all with operators and screens. Some loose screens are included. All windows have the original seals, which should be replaced. There is no broken or missing glass, but the front plexiglass windows are scuffed, showing wear, and popping out of gaskets.

**Interior**
**Appliances:** The interior is entirely original, including the 4-burner gas stove and the refrigerator (which does not reach below 40°F).
**Ceiling Height:** 6' 7".
**Cabinets & Closet Doors:** Original hardware is present, but many closet door knobs are missing.
**Countertops:** The original countertops with matching backsplash are still in good condition.
**Floor:** A previous owner nailed plywood over the original flooring, so it may need work to restore it properly.
**Floor Covering:
**Sleeping Capacity: Currently configured with one bed, but there is space to sleep up to six people.
**Walls:** Original birch walls and ceiling, with most of the paneling in good condition.

**Running Gear**
**Axles:** The original axles have been replaced with mobile home-type axles. Wheel bearings were recently repacked by the previous owner.
**Tires:** Four brand new 7x14.5” 12-ply bias tires are mounted on original mobile home rims.
**Dry Weight:** 7,625 lbs.
**Hitch Ball Height:** Approximately 24 inches.
**Safety Chains:** Yes.
**Hitch Weight:** Approximately 800 lbs.

**Bed Mattress:** Yes, a 78” x 60” mattress in the rear bedroom.

**Electrical**
**System:** The original electrical system with a breaker box and four automatic reset circuit breakers is intact. Most 110V lights and outlets are in working condition. The shoreline plug is in excellent condition.
**110V Lights:** Most are original, but some light shades are missing.
**12V Lights:**
**Brakes:** No.
**Breakaway Switch:** No.
**Converter:** No.
**Bathroom Fan:** The interior fan in the bathroom is operational.
**Plug for Exterior Lights:** Four-prong flat plug, like those used for boat trailers.
**Porch Light:** Yes, original bell-type porch light is working.

**LP System**
**System Condition:** The entire LP system and appliances are in working order.
**Furnace:** Yes, works great.
**Gas Bottles:** Yes.
**Gas Regulator:** Yes.
**Range Oven:** Yes.
**Refrigerator:** Replaced with a small electric dorm-style refrigerator, which is in working condition.
**Water Heater:** Yes, replaced in 2020, allowing for long hot showers and hot water at both the kitchen and bathroom sinks.

**Plumbing**
**Lines:** Most original copper drain lines are intact, while the copper freshwater lines have been replaced with PEX piping.
**Kitchen Sink:** Original two-bowl sink is in great shape, but the porcelain shows some wear.
**Lavatory:** Original lavatory is present, but there are chips around the drain.
**Holding Tank:** No.
**Shower:** Original tub-shower combo is intact.
**Toilet:** Yes.
