1956 Mercury 16 foot Travel Trailer

Complete body off restoration. Original chassis replaced with 2x3 inch welded steel tubing. New tongue and groove wood flooring. Oak wood rafters replaced old wood rafters. New styrofoam insulation in ceiling and walls. Wall, ceiling and cabinet wood replaced, sanded and shellacked. All window frames removed, cleaned, resealed and reinstalled. All trim, decals and attached accessories were removed and cleaned, resealed and reinstalled. Exterior of trailer was painted. Some electrical was updated. Stove top, oven door and ice box door was powder coated baby blue color. New vinyl black and white checkerboard-pattern floor covering installed. Table seat cushions reupholstered with naugahyde-type material. New window coverings. Market value appraisal is $16,500. This trailer is like new and in some ways better than new.
