1958 Pink Flamingo

Meet Lucy! Everything inside is new. The inside was taken down to the bare walls before being refurbished. New ceiling, plumbing, wiring, heating units, toilet, water heater and professionally installed flooring. New insulation in the walls and ceiling. Has 100 amp panel and multiple outlets in every room. Cable for TV installed in the living and bedroom. Cadet heating in the bedroom and an exhaust/heating fan in the bathroom. The plumbing was pressure tested and capped off. The only original item is the cast iron tub we kept because it’s just cool. The trailer is 29 feet long and 8 feet wide. Two entry/exit doors with inside screen doors. Sliding “barn style” door to the bathroom. Roofing is good and was resealed in 2025. The kitchen is a 50’s vintage/rare Youngstown steel cabinet that is in great shape – just needs the top finished. She has an on-demand water heater installed. The water heater goes into an elaborate water manifold system to regulate pressure and provide isolation of each water line. The inside is basically done. Need to position and finish the kitchen sink and add some shelving. We have a lot of pink tiles and some vintage pink dishes that will remain with her. The tires are in pretty good shape and I have moved her a couple of times on those tires. The windows are single pane (it was the 50’s) and a few will eventually need to be replaced. All of the windows that should open – still do. The doors work well and the wood/screen inside doors work well too. The inside has been primed but not painted. There will be some trim finish work that you will need to do. All the wiring was done by an experienced electrician. All the plumbing is modern pex. The electrical connection is modern RV style. And finally, we have a pink sink that fits the Youngstown cabinet mentioned above. THAT was hard to find...
