1963 FAN Camper

A great find for the vintage camper enthusiast. This beautifully restored 16’ camper boasts original birch wood interior (refinished), retro style Galanz 4.6 cubic foot fridge, 700 watt Nostalgia microwave; retro checkered floors; the original dinette converts into one bed and the gaucho coach (with memory foam cushions) into the second bed. Kitchen has sink with new/modern faucet, new propane 2 burner cooktop, and ample cabinet space. There is a built in toilet, new outdoor shower with new 4 gallon Camplux hot water heater. A keyless lock on entry door for added security. The previous owner did a skin off restoration. Framing was replaced where needed and new plumbing, insulation, electric and propane lines installed. New awning, solar capability, 3 coats of automotive paint and clear coat, and roof sealed w/ rubber coating. Beefed up safety chains and emergency break-away system. 12V deep cell marine/rv battery and a 20 gallon fresh water tank for boondocking; 10 gallon black water tank. Has Dometic rooftop air conditioner (no heat). After we purchased it, we upgraded even more. We replaced the original oven with the 2 burner propane cooktop, installed custom made kitchen countertop, new kitchen faucet and stainless-steel back splash. A brand new trailer jack was just installed. New curtains and custom fitted dinette cushions made with Sunbrella fabric. We are selling with a new 50’ 30amp electric cord with plug adapter, water hose with filter, chocks and stabilizers, and honey pot (used only once).
