Lots of work has already been done. New PEX plumbing, water heater, ceiling vent, propane tanks and regulator, wheels, tires, all exterior lights work, clear and current CA title. (The owner has passed, so all the details about the trailer and its repairs and upgrades are unavailable.) We just rescued this from its indoor storage, where it has been for years. You can still see the dust on it! Some minor, primarily cosmetic finishing is needed in the bathroom and the trunk lid area. Save some money by doing the finishing yourself, or we have a builder that can jump on it and finish it for time and materials.
