It was previously restored around 2010 and retains original features such as the windows, roof vent, icebox, 3-burner stove, oven, gas light, and electric fixtures as well as new LED lights. In addition to the original restoration, more recent upgrades include:
• 12-gallon fresh water tank with new lines
• Steel braided city water supply lines
• New furniture grade foam in dinette/bed cushions
• 2.5" foam-board floor insulation with underbelly
• Dicor and Henry's Tropicool RV roof sealant
Closet doubles as a bathroom (composting toilet available). Minor paint chips from road wear. Dry-stored in RV carport and well-cared for. Regularly maintained.
