Overall, very good condition.
Can sleep 4 or five with small child in overhead cot
Couch slides out to form larger bed.
Dining table also turns into a bed.
Original stove, oven, and fridge in great working condition. Baked a pie in the oven and it turned out perfect!
New electrical 12v and 120 plug in added 2017
Original heater and new AC added 2017
100 watt Solar panels added in 2017
Original glass shades.
Original cushions for couch/bed overhead cot, and dining table.
Tear in one of the dining room table cushions.
Shower and sink in bathroom all original and in good working condition.

We have all the paperwork from the trailer dating back to 1967 including paperwork for the upgrades done in 2017

We spent 7 months traveling through the west coast of the United States and it was beautiful sturdy home for us in that time. We have a growing family and no longer have room for it. We are very sad to let it go but Its time to find it another loving home, and a chance for another great adventure.
