Needs work. Purchased in 2015 as a project. 18’ length, including tongue & hitch; 2450 lbs weight. I’ve replaced with new water heater, charger, and water pump. Fridge turns on electric but doesn't get cold. Oven, stove and heater are all propane. Toilet was new in 2015, per prior owner. Roof was re-glued by prior owner in 2010. The roof is soft but there are no leaks. The tires were new in 2014 but are passenger tires, not rv tires (per Les Schwab). I had the bearings packed before moving it last Sept at and Schwab said the tires were good, just not rv. Electrical works but I recently moved and am having problems now with the plug. My son got the lights on but I haven’t while here. There was previous damage at the left rear light that allows water into the back compartment so there is dry rot in the back compartment. It hasn't spread. The trailer was covered until I moved 6 months ago. There are no leaks inside. I was asked about the size of the holding tanks for black and grey water. I don’t know. It’s the era before the tanks had inside monitors. I assume there’s one tank. Then there’s the water holding tank. Unfortunately, the cap on the water tank’s metal pipe had a non-original metal cap forced onto it and I haven’t been able to remove it. I’ve gone through all the paperwork I have and I can’t find a spec on the size of the water tank. It’s likely on one of the old metal plaques but they’re so faded. Clean title. Registration will be up to date once I can get a DMV appt.
