1970 Boles Aero 280R Nonpareil

This 28’ vintage two-door trailer was refurbished last year and has only been used a couple of times since. The listed weight is approximately 4,620 lbs. based on information found online.

Recent updates include new tires and wheels, new flooring throughout, new curtains, a new foam mattress, a new 120-volt refrigerator, a new electric heat panel, microwave, new fire detector, and new deadbolts on both doors with matching keys. The roof has also been coated with five gallons of roof sealant.

The trailer is currently set up for 120-volt use. All lighting being used is 120-volt. There is some 12-volt lighting, but it has not been used or tested, and there is currently no 12-volt battery installed. We used the trailer more like a park model, so we did not troubleshoot the 12-volt system.

The bathroom has a new toilet and the original black water holding tank. The trailer does not have a freshwater tank and is set up to connect directly to city water. A water hose and waste pipe are included. The water heater appears to be newer, although we did not install it. The thermocouple was replaced as a precaution.

The stove and oven work, although we did not use the oven, so we cannot say how well it performs. The propane tanks have been re-certified. The roof-mounted air conditioner turns on and works, but it does not blow cold. We planned to use the trailer in a cooler climate, so we did not investigate the issue.

This trailer would make a great travel trailer, guest house, ADU, Airbnb, or vintage park model setup. It has a clear title and is registered through next August.

As with any vintage trailer, it is being sold as is.
