Unique & rather rare 1973 Gladding Del Rey 23-1/2 ft fifth wheel camper.
Appx 4200 lbs, tandem axle, designed to be towed by a half ton pickup. Axles have been flipped (rotated 180°) to gain better bed clearance for modern 1/2, 3/4 & 1 ton pickups. 15” tires (Goodyear Wrangler), 30amp 120v service required.
95% near original interior in superb condition, NEVER any leaks, 100% solid floors, original wall sconces I unique cast crown cabinet pulls, fully enclosed underbelly, jalousie louver style windows all work w/ screens & reflective panels, gas furnace & fridge work as new. New queen memory foam mattress, new gold shag carpet in bedroom w double padding, wet bathroom with ceramic toilet, new (2021) 13.5K btu rooftop a/c with aux heat & additional start capacitor.
