Original condition. We purchased from the original owner one year ago who kept it completely original, down to the avocado countertops, funky wallpaper and upholstery. Inside is complete aside from needing a refrigerator. Full bathroom with shower. Exterior needs paint and the trailer needs to be gone through, but all windows and systems are in working order.

We bought it with the hopes of puffing it up for weekend use but no longer have the time or space for it.
