1973 Avenger Travel Trailer

1973 Avenger trailer made in Nappanee, Indiana. Amazingly in good shape and original. The model is 322. I think it’s 22’ and weighs just under 3000# according to the manual.
The good: Body and roof are in good shape. Just caulked all windows and roof seams with TremPro 635 caulk. New paint on roof. All original cushions. Floor is solid and good original linoleum. Underbody is aluminum-skin so no rot. New pex water line.
Needs or unknown: Tires hold air but I don’t know how old they are. Front plastic awning cover over window is cracked. I don’t know anything about the plumbing other than new waterline. Furnace was removed by previous owner but I have it. Also stove hood was removed to make room for a microwave, but I have it as well. Shower is intact but shelving was put in for storage.
Water damage in back left corner, so a panel needs replaced. Was not leaking long in my opinion. Would look neat with tin tiles for replacement. Totally sealed and caulked now.
Door knob catches and is tricky to open. But it’s the original Bergman so I’m hesitant to replace it.
Overall it’s a wonderful vintage camper.
