We have never had a leak despite torrential downpours during monsoon season.
Includes the bunk ladder, and the memory foam pads for the bunks. Cushions were all professionally redone, I just covered dinette seats with waterproof silver durable material to fit decor.
Bathroom with shower and newer toliet (foot pedal)
4 bunks in the back ! Top bunks have low clearance and we reinforced before painting, not sure weight limit but our kids were fine
Bottom bunks are basically a twin on each side. We created a platform that fits between the two twins to create one big bed, or a cushion to catch a falling kid :) Dinette turns into a bed. Above dinette is technically another sleeping space if you want, but that area has not been used for this and would need to cleaned out, we use it for storage.
I redid A LOT of the interior. I am not a professional. I did a good job, but it could have been better. There are some scratches and a few sloppy parts, but nothing that can't easily be fixed. There are some parts that are a bit roughly done, but everything is functional.
I did not have time to do the edging (?) trim along the sink, or the bathroom sink.
I did not do a great job with the countertops in the kitchen or bathroom. They are fine, but wish they were better.
The previous owners painted the outside. It has started to chip in one or two places, I have the cans of paint they used but did not get around to fixing it.
I had plans to redo the kitchen sink, but ran out of time and energy.
No heater, we just use a portable one.
The bathroom door handle is for show, it doesn't lock, hasn't been an issue for us.
The shower head is Darth Vader. We haven't really used the shower. Toliet and plumbing work great.
The drawers need work. They do not slide out well, and can be fixed by someone with more time than I have.
The closet bar needs to be installed I just don't have time, it needs a wood block to help give it the width to screw in the bracket that holds the bar.
