Sleeps 3-4. Dinette drops down to sleep 1 adult or two kids, couch folds down into a bed that fits 2 adults, and upper bunk can be used as a bed. (The bunk is not installed to allow for more head space, but the pieces are included in the sale.)

-New paint
-All seams freshly sealed (Properly done with putty tape, not caulk)
-New vinyl “wood” floor.
-2 Propane tanks run all original appliances (propane tanks included)
-Stripped and replaced interior paneling with original paneling left on ceiling, as it did not need to be replaced

-Water tank holds approx. 55 gallons
-There is no grey water tank for the sink. The sink drains out of a pipe out of the side of the trailer. Small tanks can be purchased to hold grey water (or you can get clever with a bucket)
-Propane powered furnace, oven, and three burner stove work great
-Fridge does not work. (is missing the striker that ignites the gas powered refrigeration system)
-Has original self-contained, 12v recirculating Monomatic RV toilet (manual included) this toilet is good for approximately 80 uses between emptying. The water system is self contained and separate from the potable water tank.
-No leaks
-Uninstalled bunk option
-All of the electrical lines for the running and brake lights are in good working order, they just need to be wired to a compatible tow light plug. We recommend a magnetic set of trailer lights for the time being.

This trailer has a few minor scuffs and dings, and some light surface rust in a few low visibility spots, but make no mistake it is a vintage showstopper in exceptional ready to adventure condition. Come take a look and let it sweep you off your feet!
