We have a Giles Camper that we started a renovation on. We have a clean title in our names and the registration is paid to 12/19. We stripped the trailer down to the frame. We saved the aluminum skins and discarded all of the woods and junk. The trailer frame is 14' x 7'6". The actual trailer is 10'4" x 7'6". The finished weight will be 2200 to 3200 lbs. depending on what you install in the trailer.
The dirty work is done. The frame has been repainted. The aluminum pan has been patched and reinstalled. New insulation was installed under a new plywood floor. I have completed one new wooden side wall frame which can be used for a pattern of the other wall.
New parts include: Tires (zero miles) rims sandblasted and primered, fender skirts, 4 corner stablishing jacks, locked on door and cargo hatch, battery box and trailer wiring.
Saved parts to be reused: Aluminum skins, main door (in good shape), 6 windows, fire window, cargo hatch, circuit breaker box with 30' 30amp wire, sink and drain plumbing, stove, clean water holding tank and 12v pump, all interior knobs, hinges and fittings, and a propane tank if you want it.
Includes 2 4'x8' interior bead plywood.
