Rare 1955 Airstream Wanderer

This extremely rare 1955 Airstream Wanderer is offered for sale. It is an eighteen-foot single-axle travel trailer purchased by the seller in 2016 and restored over the following four years. One of the smaller models produced by Airstream, the cabin is fifteen foot in length. This very desirable thirteen-segment California built Whale Tail Airstream trailer is one of less than a hundred built during its four production years. Only a very few survive today. Restored and modernized with the highest quality materials, the restoration includes new plumbing, new electrical, new cabinets, flooring, appliances and surfaces. Rebuilt from the ground up, this essentially new trailer provides a very comfortable camping arrangement for two adults. It tows beautifully and most any midsize or larger vehicle can handle it.
