Jeff and I, the hosts, are in site #102, and they are holding a certain number of sites for us... so don't wait, it's coming soon!
Reservations can be made by calling the Group Sales Coordinators at 805.691.8086 or sending your request by email to groups@highwaywest.com,
normal business hours are Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM PST.
Please reference West Coast Glampers PCH 2026 when reaching out to that department to expedite the group process. Please ensure campers call our department directly to confirm their reservation in the group block.
Please leave a detailed message if you reach their voicemail box. They try to return messages received within 24-72 hours.
All reservations must be confirmed with a deposit equal to the first night’s stay. The last day to book within the group is the cut-off date 11/24/2025 . At which time any unconfirmed rooms will be released, and the group rate no longer offered. Guests are still welcome and encouraged to continue to book into the block after the cut-off date. However, all reservations after that point, would be booked at retail rate and based on availability.
SOOOOO..... book your spot, and then message or email me and tell me you are booked in! This is important... ( there is a minimal rally fee of $10 per person...)
Schedule to come.... lots to do there, Salton Sea touring, sculpture touring, golf, swim, and of course we have our games, potluck supper, live band on sat night, chill time, perhaps some crafting, maybe some music jamming... a pretty relaxed rally in an exquisite location... do join us...
