1949 Spartan Royal Mansion, Professionally Restored during late 2020 and early 2021.

The body was lifted to replace the entire floor and paint the frame
Rust-colored Marmolum Flooring installed
All New Electrical wiring
Mineral Wool Insulation in walls and ceiling, 1.75" thick foam board under floor.

Exact Copy of the Original Spartan Couch and Pillows in Commerical Fabric
Original Spartan Chair reupholstered in Commerical Fabric
Original Spartan Dinette reupholstered in Commerical Fabric
All Curtains are made from Vintage NOS Curtain Material and are lined in heavy Black-out fabric with tie-backs
All windows, Vents, and doors have been resealed, with new seals, and or tracks. Front Windows and gaskets were replaced.

The Original skin was polished, but the trailer does have its fair share of bumps and bruises as it is 75 years old and the original skin.
There are 4 Patches, one on the roof where the furnace chimney was removed, two on the front Street side corner, and one on the rear Curbside between the roll-down window and the Kitchen window. All patches are sealed, back sealed and buck riveted so they blend as well as possible.

A New Aluminum Belly Pan was installed
Every screw, nut, and bolt that comes into contact with the Aluminum is Stainless Steel.

The Trailer does not currently have A/C or Heating, but a single low-profile rooftop unit with a heating element can be added for an additional $3500.00 and dual units would be an additional $5000.00
