•Complete frame up restoration 2015- 2024
•Dismantled all siding, framing, walls, flooring, cabinets, windows etc. & salvaged to utilized as patterns for replacements or restoration. Salvaged & professionally restored original stove & refrigerator are installed and in perfect working order.
•Lengthened & re-furbished existing frame & supports (included POR treatment)
•Fabricated & installed new 7,000 lb. Axel and new Brakes, etc
•Installed all new sheer panels, framing & Tyvek waterproof body wrap
•New walls, floor & roof fully insulated. Ceiling height was increased over-all by 4" to a height of 6' 8"
•Installed one-piece single sheet aluminum roofing, replaced all (exact original matched profile) corrugated aluminum siding, utilizing all exterior stainless-steel fasteners & aluminum trim. The original aluminum awning rail was re-installed.
•Windows, door handles, roof vents, taillights, interior & exterior light fixtures were salvaged and restored to "new" condition, including all new rubber gaskets & trim
•Replaced all plumbing & electrical systems, including water pump, 6 gallon fast-recovery water heater, toilet, 35- gallon freshwater tank and added a 6-gallon grey & a 6-gallon black water tank. USB ports, LED bulbs and dimmers, Microwave & TV installed for modernization convenience.
•New Birch cabinetry, walls & ceiling were fabricated, lacquered & installed, utilizing original as patterns. Cabinetry includes a "wine cabinet".
•Front "Slimp" hitch & wheel assembly were re-furbished and structurally reinforced, and will accommodate (2) 13.3 pound propane tanks
•A 3-piece "wet" bath finished in Stainless Steel, with an enclosed sink vanity
•New "period-correct" Marmoleum flooring was installed through-out
•New 13.5 BTU A/C unit with Heat-Strip installed
•New Hercules H-901 Trailer-specific tires, with galvanized wheel wells
•New (2) Interstate house batteries (Conveniently installed with exterior access roll-out panel)
•Front & Rear Futons provide seating and convert to double beds
