1955 Spartan Mansion Restored

Restored 1955 Spartan Manor. Updated plumbing, insulation, electric. Painstakingly restored as a passion project over years. Insulated with newer air conditioning. Wood was restored and put back on. This is a true to original restoration. Finding one that has all the original parts including the table is rare. Solid new steel frame. The original refrigerator and stove are in working order. Was used last year all summer. Appears to have original bed frames which can be used as twins or one larger mattress. We have and can include the original medicine cabinet, tea pot, and back window frame. This is a spectacular rv and one can add a few things to customize but all of the hard work has been done. Everyone always stops to appreciate it on our trips and it’s been fun and sturdy to use. This rv measures about 32’ total with base. We have all keys, holding tank added, lots of extras, new electrical box, cords to set up, modernized where it needed and original in look! Could be polished but we left original patina. We have title. Waterproof, it can be hauled and used.
