Exterior–The tires and wheels are new and the bearings have been repacked.
All the 12 volt wiring has been replaced, and the tail, tag and marker lights are new.
The trailer has electric brakes and they work well.
Interior–-New wood flooring installed. ( real wood- not lament)
New microwave,convection oven, gas cooktop and full size refrigerator.
ALL plumbing lines have been replaced, and an on demand water heater installed.
All plumbing fixtures are new.
The toilet is new and is a standard house size. ( not an RV toilet)
The trailer comes a with new heating and cooling ( still in the boxes)
12,000 BTU mini split.
All outlets, switches are new and the lights are either new,or rebuilt originals.
We installed a new breaker box with extra breakers for the mini split.
I have keys for the front door.
The weight is 8,400 lbs, and it’s 45 ft long and 8 ft. wide.
I have a title and registration in my name and an up to date tag on the trailer.
