Description
As pictured on pages 16, 25, 98, and 128 in The Illustrated Field Guide to Vintage Trailers by Bob Thompson and Carl Jameson, this trailer is in its original condition. It has been stored indoors and/or under cover its entire life.

The first owner (1957 to 1984) stored it in a barn in Salem, OR, and rarely—if ever—used it. His wife was not a fan of camping!

The second owner (1984 to 2011)—first to use the stove top—camped in it with his family and stored it in the same barn. Once the kids were grown, he moved it to the Prineville Reservoir, built a shelter around it, and ultimately used it as a guest bedroom for the grandkids.

The third owner (2011 to present) was the first to use the oven while camping, touring, and rallying.
It’s in original condition on the inside—stove, sink, countertop and tabletop, icebox, canvas hammock, light fixtures, and flooring. We replaced the mattress.

We soda blasted it to remove the old paint job and had the exterior professionally painted following the original graphics. We added two propane tanks and four levelling jacks. A “Marti’s Awning”, poles, and storage bag are included.

This trailer has not been ruined by amateur attempts to modernize it. Use it as is—or treat it as a blank slate to refurbish/upgrade to your liking.

On July 26th, 2024, Les Schwab installed new tires (3 counting spare) and re-packed the wheel bearings. Price remains the same.
