1961 Deville Camper Trailer. Fully Restored

Up for sale is a 1961 Deville Camper. She has been fully restored and is definitely a head turner. Sleeps 4. No expense has been spared. The exterior paint is in great shape. The trailer itself is in great shape complete with a trailer brake. Walking in to “Loretta” the first thing you will notice is the cowhide upholstery, which makes her comfortable and stylish. The switch and outlet covers are also cowhide ;).

The dining room table is a sealed copper surface and is excellent for coffee, cards, and meals.

The kitchen counter is also sealed cooper with a stamped copper backsplash. It’s so snazzy. The sink has two faucets. One that works with a water line connection, and the other with a pump from the included water tank. There is a three burner Princess propane stove which works great. Plenty of storage with drawers, upper cabinets and a very large pull-out appliance drawer.

The bedroom has a size able closet. Above the bed is a cowhide hammock that can sleep a kiddo, but we have found it to be good to store luggage.

All of the louvered windows work great. The curtains are New Mexico style with silver dollar bolo ties as the draw strings. There is a beautiful, original canopy that attaches to the camper. It’s really stylish. All outlets, lights, switches, everything works. The bow of the camper has the usual dings from rocks getting kicked up. Other that that the body is mostly straight. Loretta has been well loved and is from 1961. She’s not perfect but I’d be surprised to find one in as good of shape anywhere. She’s really something.
