2- 20 gal propane tanks with fuel level gauges, regulator and mountings.
Battery purchased in 2022 and stored in battery box behind propane tanks. Exterior battery shut off
switch on side of tongue.

Theft deterrent hitch lock.

New aluminum siding in original pattern. Professionally painted (2019)
Louvered/Jalousie windows refurbished with new seals. All windows removed from trailer body,
cleaned and reset with new butyl tape and stainless-steel screws. Trim polished and clear coated. All
opening windows have screens. (2019)
Access doors to trunk, refrigerator, electrical panel, water heater and stove fan all present and in
good working order. Rear trunk has no leaks.
Electrical panel for 20-amp service. Power cord included.
