NEW (as of 2020 Restoration) - brakes, bearings, tires, subfloor and flooring, A/C, fans, plumbing, ac & dc wiring, LED lighting, stove, sinks, bathroom w/ shower, queen bed, custom storage, and so much more. The renovation equips the camper for on grid and off grid camping with a 30 gallon water tank, 30 gallon grey tank, compostable toilet, and 2 - 30 gallon propane tanks.

Body - Shell-on floor replacement, frame was sand-blasted and painted with POR-15. 3 rusted outriggers were replaced; the rest of the frame was in great condition. All seams were thoroughly sealed and any loose rivets were addressed/replaced. New gaskets for windows. Original rear zip-dee awning.

Interior - New Rockwool insulation, custom wood cabinets, excellent storage, front overhead storage cabinets are original.
