1967 Aristocrat Lo-Liner in Top Condition

OVERVIEW:
This Aristocrat trailer is a vintage gem, very clean and attractive. As a Lo-Liner, it was built for the 8-foot overhead clearance of American garages of the 1960's. It has been refurbished to be close to the original, both visually and functionally. It has been garaged out of the weather since it was refurbished in 2017.

EXTERIOR:
Overall dimensions: Length: 13' (add 28" for hitch tongue) Width: 7' 3" Height: 7' 8"
Paint is in excellent condition. Red accent color was professionally added.
Roof is solid. There are no leaks.
Louvered windows have good seals. No leaks.
Front pebble shield is original and in good condition.
Access doors to rear basement, spare tire locker and back side of refrigerator are in good condition.
Canvas awning attaches via the original track along the roof line. All poles, tether lines and stakes are included.

DOORS & WINDOWS:
The trailer has windows on all sides, giving open views of your campsite’s scenery. Window curtains slide closed for privacy.
Solid entry door has original keyed latch and an inside screen door.
Glass louver panels and screens are in good condition.
Louver crank mechanisms are in good condition; crank handles are vintage "rocket" style.
Both crank-out wing windows are in good operating condition.

BEDDING & SEATING:
Cushions have a bright design, upholstered with durable cotton duck. All are in clean, like-new condition.
Couch beneath the rear window has movable full-width cushions.
Cushions arrange into an adult-size main bed that is 7' x 4'.
Fold-down bed platform above the bed is suitable for children, 7' x 3'2".
Included Memory foam topper fits the main bed or the fold-down platform bed.
Dinette table lowers to seat level; cushions arrange as a bed suitable for one adult that is 6' x 3'5" -- tapering to 2'7" on the narrow end.
All cushions professionally made with quality all-new materials. Extra matching cushions are included.
Hand-braided wool circular rug for main floor is included.

APPLIANCES:
Original propane four-burner stove top and oven are in good working order.
White stove top and black burner grates have been restored with new baked enamel.
Original gas mantle globe light above the stove is in good working order.
Refrigerator is original and runs equally well on 110v, 12v, or propane.
Original sink faucet is pressured by the outside hook-up.
Second faucet draws from the internal 15-gallon freshwater tank via a 12v pump.
Sink drains to the outside hookup; there is no holding tank but a downspout attaches that directs graywater into a container on the ground.

STORAGE:
Main closet has an upper section to hang clothes and a lower shelf for luggage, etc.
Lots of storage space in the overhead cabinets.
Bolt latches prevent cabinet doors from opening when on the road.
Dinette area has storage space underneath the seats.
Rear basement has ample space for large/long items. Basement door locks with front door key.
Spare tire compartment locks with its own key.

ELECTRICAL & UTILITY HOOKUPS:
Lighting includes both 12v and 110v lamps in inside areas.
Storage battery in the basement provides 12v power when not on hookups.
Main breaker panel protects hookup power.
Fuse panel in basement provides protection for 12v circuits.
Trickle charger automatically tops off storage battery when on hookups.
Hookup electrical cord and water hose included.
Vehicle umbilical cord has standard 7-pin plug.
All brake signals, turn signals, and running lights are operational. Lights have LED bulbs; spare LEDs are provided.
Entry-door porch light is solar powered and has motion-sensor and dusk-to-dawn options.
WeBoost 12v cell signal enhancer typically adds two bars to reception. Antenna mast mounts outside when camping and connects by cable to base unit inside.

REFURBISHMENT HISTORY:
This trailer was rescued from an open field in 2015, after years out in the weather.
All work was performed by the new owners, a married couple in Redding, CA, one a skilled carpenter/cabinetmaker, the other an experienced upholsterer.
The trailer was disassembled down to the undercarriage and wood frame.
Outer walls and roof were rebuilt with new plywood.
Flooring and wall seams sealed with exterior-grade calking.
Insulation added to the roof and walls.
New undercoating applied.
New wheel bearings and tires.
Original metal skin re-installed and repainted.
New vinyl flooring added.
Quality wood-veneer paneling added, including gimp trim at the ceiling and seams.
Matching wood-veneer cabinets, closet, and storage lockers added.
New 12v and 110v wiring added throughout with a dual breaker 110v electrical panel.
Vintage 110v interior lights reinstalled plus new 12v fixtures.
Original stainless splash panel reinstalled behind the cook top.
Original gas mantle lamp reinstalled above the cook top.
Original gold-fleck laminate countertop and tabletop reinstalled.
Quality fabric cushions and curtains added, using all-new materials.
