Description
Cardinal in original condition with customized features to help make the weekend more enjoyable.
We pull this gem with our station wagon with no problem! It tracks straight and has been simple even with horrible cross-winds(I have been shocked, honestly).
The bathroom has been totally redone! I ripped out the original head to make way for a shower if you want to add one. I built in the marine style which makes the drain very beautiful and hidden, you will appreciate it once you set eyes on it.
The Thetford Porta Potti 365 (the head) is anchored and secure via my custom yet simple latching setup. it clicks into place and will not move while you drive to/from your destination.
Many many hours went into the bathroom flooring, I built it for my preferences but I know you will appreciate it as well :-)

The electrical system is built to the highest standards with best components money can buy. I build solar systems for companies needing solar generators in mobile applications and this was my own setup so you can imagine the extent at which I built it. I built a custom Lithium phosphate battery bank to suite my needs. All wires are oversized in the PV system, from the solar panel all the way to the GIANT inverter and auto switch. The MPPT controller and the BT shunt are Victron. As mentioned I built the 280AH Battery bank w/ custom battery management system in a box with warmer for winter time.
I have a cellphone signal booster(note the articulating antenna near solar panel on roof) which is very nice, as long as you have cell signal it will amplify said signal. Hence you will have internet IF you need to do a little work while out for a few days(like we did).

The fridge as been insulated with ADDITIONAL insulation:
It has been wrapped with additional insulation (Not sure of the diameter…it was difficult to get the fridge back in, so it was wrapped with the most insulation possible).
As well as 1” insulation foam board on exterior walls of the fridge cavity

I insulted the bottom of the trailer with multiple layers of R15 sheeting.

Unseen at street level but the roof has been coated with thermal coating(not in any of pics) to keep temps at manageable levels in the trailer. I thought this was needed because I was unhappy with the summer time temps climbing up up up…the thermal coating has helped to a great degree(;-) keep temps cool in summer and warmer in winter) 2 new fans installed, 1 in bathroom (can run while raining)and 1 in galley(rain sensing auto closing).
Tires are two years old with less than 2k miles accrued. Wheel bearings were professionally checked and packed.

Interior is all original, nothing has been refinished yet it looks great! Original turquoise three burner stove / oven with matching hood also the icebox and sink match the stove / oven / hood. People are shocked the turquoise components are original and not refinished/new pieces :-)
We get nothing but compliments on this little gem. We love this perfectly sized canned ham but we are transitioning from one business to another and this is costly. We never planned on selling this, as you can tell by our "fingerprint" on it.
There has been water damage in spots, my plan was to eventually take the spots out and make it perfect. She is water tight as it sits.
We have a beautiful red and white awning(new this summer) with poles that feeds in the original awning track.
Spare tire is brand new, never used
Water tank hold 15 gal
Propane on tongue, 5 gal
All interior lighting is LED, shore power as well as battery power lighting
The closet we made into a pantry with shelves, holds plenty of food and some clothes.
