Description
Here's a camper you just don't see a lot of, a 1974 Roadrunner . Spent a long time trying to find an older camper that had the right "look", was just the right size and last but not least actually had a stand alone shower stall, no need to hover over a toilet while you shower in this one. In my opinion, this camper has a very desirable layout in a compact package.

I have done lots of primitive camping in this time capsule within the last few months throughout nine states on the Western half of the country.

Total camper length is approximately 19 feet from tongue to the rear bumper and the body of the camper is just under 16 feet. Not sure on weight, from seeing other Roadrunner campers identical to it I would say just under 3,000 LBS, that's my guess, please do your research to confirm that.

With the truck pictured I typically tow this camper with, I can easily get this camper in tight spots and can park it only taking two parking spots in a parking lot.

Has working electric brakes, the tires have 4321 DOT dates on them which indicates they were most likely manufactured approximately in November of 2021, still have plenty of tread and life in them. Has a 7 pin connector and takes a 2" ball.

The fridge works with both propane and electric. The water heater and the interior heater work great. All faucets work. Stove and oven work. The original pump for the fresh water system was recently replaced with a new one, I rarely have to turn it on since the system holds pressure really well on it's own. Toilet works, electrical outlets work. Interior lights work both with either the battery or external electric supply. Exterior lights work. There is a propane light above the sink that I never confirmed works because I never needed it, but it is there. Some of the plumbing has been updated with PEX piping. Has the option for up to three beds.

All windows are in good shape and open & close as they should. You can lock the door from inside or out.

Comes with jacks, hitch & sway bars, a blue, portable waste tank, flexible sewage discharge hose (which actually stores inside the rear bumper), a lot of the original manuals & documentation for the camper & it's appliances and some other random extras I can't remember at the moment.

Has a free & clear California title in my name, tags are good till August 31, 2025.

While the camper was well maintained for it's age, it's not perfect. In the time I've owned this camper, it has not leaked, however, not too uncommon for campers of this age, it has leaked in the past and as a result some of the panels in the interior did get moisture damaged, some of the panels were replaced, in my opinion, the work was amateur. Keep in mind, this camper is over 50 years old and has actually been used, it's not show quality, please be realistic of your expectations, priced accordingly.

Free delivery anywhere in the So Cal area if you're purchasing due to losing a home from the recent wildfires. I have tried to describe the camper as best as I can, I'm sure I'm forgetting some details as I'm typing this, so ask questions if necessary. I have more pictures. Located in Southern California's high desert between the cities of Hesperia and Palmdale.
