1977 Fireball Travel Trailer - has ADA Amenities!

This Fireball is 23-1/2' and is completely self-contained. It's in good original condition. ADA amenities include custom ramps made for ease of wheelchair use (4 configurations - 3 shown in photos) that are easy to assemble/disassemble & store with trailer during travel. Rare open floor plan and grab bars make it easy to get around; professionally enlarged entry door for easier access; accordion door has been reoriented for easier bathroom access. Obviously, this amazing trailer would be great for anyone - not just folks with mobility issues!
Fireball has very nice 3-way Norcold refrigerator, propane range, bathroom (toilet, shower/tub and sink), two tables with several configurations.
The front of the trailer can be made into a KING-size bed or two TWIN beds that can be left down (or put away). The front table is tucked against the front wall but is easily pulled out and has 2 leaves that can be used (see photo) for more table space. The bunk above can actually be turned into additional cabinet space to increase the already large amount of storage. Table to the left of the entry door can also be folded down into a bed. According to Fireball, this trailer sleeps SIX! There is a privacy curtain (accordion door) to close off the bathroom as desired.
There are lots of windows to enjoy the views and plenty of exterior hatches. Includes 50 gallon water tank, 25 gallon gray water tank & 25 gallon black water tank. 3 vents, no A/C. All lights work (12-volt & 110) inside and out. Catalytic heater works great! Even the clock works! Has rock guard to protect the front window. Trailer weighs approx. 5650 lbs.

This trailer is in nice original condition (when not in use it was parked in the garage), and is ready to go. Has original linoleum with stain under doormat. Tub has small cracks in gel coat but is not leaking. One cushion has broken zipper but doesn't affect usability as it's on back side of cushion. Black water/gray tank gauges do not always function properly.
