Moving out of the state and must sell. The vehicle is currently in northern California close to Lake Tahoe in the foothills, But I’m leaving Sonoma county and it might find its way down there. So depending on who wants it and where you are, there’s a couple options available.

3rd owner. Price drastically reduced to make the sale go quick. Partially made cuter than stock. Bought this for my property to function as an office while I build by home, but the county won’t allow it to stay, now have nowhere else to store it, so I’m motivated to sell. Already listing it for lower than I got it for to speed up Sale.

Upgraded larger fridge that works off Propane or electric. New battery (needs charging though)

Has a bright modern vibe while still maintaining most of the original features (by previous owner). A collector, or vintage trailer restorer will have a lot of fun with this old beauty!

Original 2 giant aluminum propane tanks. Two twin beds, ac (works), brand new propane regulator, toilet, sink and stand in shower.

Minor wear and tear, it’s from the 70’s but in amazing condition. Pull out awning (never opened and dont know its condition) and travel window coverings (for curved windows) dual sink, propane gas stove and over (original) and lots of tools included in the storage section. Hoses, tools etc. things you’ll need.

New tires put on recently, Furniture/soft furnishings/home accessories included. Upgraded fridge to modern domestic 8cf dual mode fridge and freezer, works well.

All windows work, doorbell, minor wear and tear for this age, but a great gem. Original owners manual with notes included. Comes with original cups and plates.

Ready to continue customizing and use as a camper, ADU, tiny house, spare room, or Airbnb.

The camper is located in Nevada city and I’m in the Bay Area so viewings need to be scheduled, I was able to tow with my diesel Dodge 17ft sprinter.
