Two owners; purchased it in 1978; towed to a campground in Banning, CA (Silent Valley Club) and been stored and used there ever since. All original appliances in working order; bathroom, beds, curtains, etc. all original. Five new tires. Air conditioner works well. Have extra parts for the trailer if needed.
